Privacy Policy

UFO (hereafter referred to as the "Company") recognizes the importance of privacy and personal information protection for end-users, and strives to aptly manage personal information according to the following personal information protection policy.

1. Matters relating to the acquisition, use and provisioning of personal information

(1) When the Company requests that you provide personal information, we clearly state the purpose of use, and we utilize such information within the scope of the purpose of utilization. If the Company needs to use your information outside the scope of the purpose of utilization, the Company will contact you to obtain your agreement beforehand.

(2) The Company shall utilize, handle, and manage the personal information including those which were passed from a third party in relation to the assigned business, within the scope of the purpose of utilization. In cases in which it is necessary that personal information be passed to our assignees, we select assignees who can ensure the safety of said information and we conduct the necessary and appropriate oversight of the handling of held personal information by assignees.

(3) The Company does not provide personal information except for in the following cases.

• When the customer agrees to do so.
• When disclosure of personal information is required in accordance with laws and regulations.
• When it is necessary to protect vital interests, such as human life, health, or property.
• Other cases in which the disclosure is permitted by law

2. Safety of personal information

(1) The Company takes strict safety measures to avoid ilegal access, loss, destruction, falsification or leaking of personal infromation.

(2) If the customer requires that personal information held by the Company be deleted, we will handle it immediately only after first confirming the identity of the person who requested that the Company do so. In such cases we may ask you to submit personal information for identity confirmation.

3. Compliance with laws, regulations and other rules

With respect to the handling of personal information, we comply with Japanese laws, regulations and other rules.

4. Matters relating to the development and improvement of the personal information protection and management system

(1) JIS Q 15001: All managers and employees shall implement the Company’s personal information protection and management system, which is in line with the JIS Q15001:2006 standard.

(2) The personal Information protection and management system shall be improved according to changes in related laws, regulations and rules, and changes in the social environment.

プライバシーポリシー

株式会社UFO（以下、「当社」という。）は、エンドユーザー向けのプライバシー及び個人情報保護の重要性を強く認識し、次のとおり個人情報保護方針を定め、個人情報の適性管理に努めてまいります。

1. 個人情報の取得・利用・提供に関する事項

（1）当社へ個人情報をご提供いただく場合には、あらかじめその利用目的を明示し、目的の範囲内でのみ利用します。また、明示された目的の範囲を超えて利用する場合には、事前にご本人様にご連絡の上同意を得るものとします。

（2）当社自ら取得したものに限らず、第三者から委託された業務に関連して、個人情報を含むデータの預託を受けた場合は、当社自ら保有する個人情報同様にこれを管理するとともに当該業務の目的に沿って必要な範囲内でのみ利用します。また、お預かりした個人情報の処理を外部に委託する場合には、社内ルールに則り、情報の安全管理が確保されると確認された委託先を選定し、適切な監督を実施します。

（3）当社で保管する個人情報は、下記の場合を除き第三者への提供はいたしません。

• ご本人の同意がある場合
• 法令などに基づき個人情報の開示を要請された場合
• 人の生命、健康、財産などの重大な利益を保護するために必要な場合
• その他法令により開示が認められる場合

2. 個人情報の安全に関する事項

（1）当社は、個人情報への不正アクセス、紛失、破壊、改ざん、漏えい等のトラブルを引き起こさないために、合理的な安全対策を実施し、防止及び是正に努めます。

（2）当社が管理する個人情報について、ご本人様が確認または訂正・削除を希望される場合には、担当窓口が迅速に対応させていただきます。なお、ご本人様であると確認できた場合に限り対応させていただくものとし、第三者による個人情報の不正な改ざんを防ぎます。なお、ご本人様であることの確認のため、改めて個人情報の提出をお願いする場合がございます。

3. 法令・国が定めるその他の規範の遵守に関する事項

個人情報の取扱いに関しては、個人情報保護に関する日本の法令・国が定めるその他の規範を遵守します。

4. 個人情報保護に関する個人情報保護マネジメントシステムの策定および改善に関する事項

（1）JIS Q 15001：2006規格に準拠した個人情報に関する個人情報保護マネジメントシステムを策定し、役員及びすべての従業員が実施してまいります。

（2）個人情報保護に関する個人情報保護マネジメントシステムは、関連する法令・規範の改正や社会的環境の変化に伴い、継続的に改善を行ってまいります。
